A secure payment link will be sent for the service value to the client (to be paid only once), and the client undertakes to pay without delay.

Domain purchase (website URL YourCompanyName.com) is not included in this offer due to the difference in domain prices and reservation period unless a special clause is specified for domain purchase and reservation period.

The customer has the right to make 2 free modifications after completing the design of the website and logo (if the logo is requested) according to the information provided through the service request form, However each additional modification will cost (shown below).

A full refund of the service fee amount can be requested before starting the website design if client provide a convincing reason for the refund.

The customer is not entitled to request a refund of the service fee amount or part of it after starting the website design or logo (if the logo is requested) for any reason.

A modification is defined as a request to change or add an image, color, font, to any element of the website / logo design.

It is necessary to commit to paying the monthly subscription on time to avoid service interruption, noting that access to the website will be frozen after 3 days and the entire website will be deleted if the subscription is not paid for 35 days.

In the event that the website is frozen, it will be reactivated once a fine of (shown below) is paid along with the subscription value.

Soft Thunders will not be held liable for any data or content on the site if the payment is halted for 35 days, resulting in the site’s deletion.

The site consists of two pages as a standard (Home - About Us) and if the customer wishes to add additional pages, an amount of (shown below) will be added for each additional page.

We at Soft Thunders guarantee to maintain the confidentiality of the data and documents sent by the customer and never share them with any party or third party without the customer's written consent.

During the implementation of the project, the necessary technologies are selected based on our team's discretion unless a specific clause is requested and specified in detail on this subject.

The site will be provided with a basic chat bot to facilitate communication with customers (name, mobile number and question), and the data will be sent to the email entered in the service request (the email must be verified and checked periodically)

The monthly subscription for this service is for hosting and encryption certificate and is independent of any subscription for services that the customer may request from the Soft Thunders services and tools list unless this is detailed separately in the offer.

The customer will be provided with a secure payment link for the monthly subscription value after 30 days from the date of delivery of the site.
